Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Every night b4 I go to sleep I review my performance. Sorta like when athletes review their games 2 see what could've been done better, what shouldn've been done, and how to improve.

This exercise give a tremedous rush of power and control. It's as if you can dictate the future. Once you review your daily performance you can be confident the next day that you'll speak up for what you believe in, close your mouth to avoid certain consequenses, look into people's eyes instead of at the ground, try harder, don't try so hard and so on.

You'll also be able to examine the feelings that come from certain situations and determine their root. You also remember to change( if the feeling is unpleasent) those particular feelings when presented with this situation again.

Like all self improvment techniques posted here, this isn't an overnight thing, but by making a consious effort for the next three nights i promise you'll see drastic improvement. Life will then become a game to you. You'll be in constant competition with the only true comp. there is out there, YOURSELf.

Make it a habit to go over your performance every night. From the minutest details to the biggest challenge, examine your thoughts at the time, your feelings at the time, and your behavior. Then come up with a way to upgrade each area.

This also goes to show that every thing happens for a reason.Tonight b4 you close your eyes to sleep, rewind all the way back to when you first woke up this morning. Remember the breakfast you did or didn't eat. Where you in hurry? Why? Where you on time for work/ your appointment? Why not? How did you manage your time today? Did you draw closer to any of your goals 2day? Why not? Did you hold your tongue when you shouldn've? Did you speak when you shouldn've. Notice your behavior and why you did or didn't do certain things. By doing so, you'll find your true self underneath those layers and layers of masks.

Was this post helpful? Why/Why not? Please let me know. I plan on being a Motivational speaker one day.
