"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Now I know that correlation ≠ causation, but this is still an interesting concept. It's REALLY long though, so be prepared to read. Personally, I've ways believed it is because the hormones that cause you to grow (HGh, Test, etc) also have other effects that cause a masculine frame (test making one care less, HGh giving one more energy to do things, etc.) so it's no surprise to me really. But just throwing this out there.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Tldr: cliff notes plox.

Overall, our findings suggest that, even in the absence of overt physical aggression, height influences the outcome of non-verbal confrontations between individuals. Thus, the increased social status and upward social mobility of taller individuals in modern society, usually attributed to variables such as improved health and nutrition, may occur, at least in part, as a consequence of their increased interpersonal dominance.

This some dude guessing. The only "study" they did was have tall dudes walk toward short dudes on the street. Short dudes got out of the way, more often than the tall dudes.

Study 1 investigated the likelihood of giving way in a narrow passage (N = 92); Study 2 investigated giving way in a busy shopping street, plus the likelihood of colliding with another individual (N = 1,108); and Study 3 investigated the likelihood of maintaining a linear path while walking, and potentially entering another individual’s personal space (N = 1,056). We conclude that human height is positively related to interpersonal dominance, and may well contribute to the widely observed positive association between height and social status.

They took a piece of data (short dudes will get out of the way of tall dudes more often than the other way around) and then used it to guess all the rest of the stuff. (tall guys have more status because they are tall).

Women do tend to like tall guys though. If you are over six feet, that's an advantage that you can work. If I was six feet or more, I'm sure it would add a few points to my confidence level.

Yeah, but that's the kind of stuff everybody knows once they hit puberty.

To extrapolate to that idea from a goofy study is kind of silly.

People will do anything for publicity these days...

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Ironically, my own research indicates that the bigger a man is, the less likely he is to have ever been in a fight, and thus would not know what to do in one. When you grow up big, everyone is scared of you, and you never have to fight. But then someday, someone is going to call that bluff, and the big guy will be clueless, if he has never trained or prepared in advance for that day.

But from a woman's point of view, they want protection, and if a guy is big and intimidating enough that people don't mess with him, so much the better. He is serving the purpose in a protector role.

Now as you say, if someone really wants to fight, he may be in trouble, but there are always potentially bad situations, like the guy may have a gun, a knife, a gang, or whatever. Anyway, by that time the girl is already invested in him.

Well it doesnt take a genius to realize that a man with a bigger frame usually belongs to a better stock (im average 5'11 so not bragging at all), which is why women despite their modernist bullsh1t still follow their animal instinct.

Also bible belt has a point, usually clubs hire big guys as bouncers without even asking about their capabilities, they take for granted that being the biggest guy in the room will be enough to make sure everyone else behave.

Regarding bigger guys winning confrontations even without fighting I see some truth in it but there is still a low percentage of smaller angrier guys who go all-in and usually drive the other guy away, more about the cost benefit ratio of the confrontation for both.

While the short guy gets a huge confidence boost winning a fight with a bigger guy even at the cost of a broken lip, the bigger guy has nothing to gain out of it so he withdraws.

Then there is the confidence point of view, when you are big and everyone treats you as a strong guy you start to believe that you and then act accordingly, the other way around happens too.

You don't really get much of a sense of height from the TV screen though.
And the only reason he "gets all the girls" is because his character is written that way.
