"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Lockdowns and social distancing have made it difficult to form new relationships. Try doing approaches at the grocery store or mall while wearing a mask. Good luck with that! The bars were not any better either. Outdoor approaching has been more viable but that's a tough path to follow.

There were personalities that encouraged men to reach out to ex partners to get laid during the pandemic.

These back burner relationships are no big deal. Both sides are doing it for short term sex.
