Anyone here follow this one ? I used to weight lift doing the 5 x 5 program in the past, with great results. and now that I have access to weights once again I'd like to fall back into it.

Mostly consists of complex lifts of course (bench press, deadlift, squat, overhead press, barbell rows, etc), no machines or nothing (as far as I can remember).

If you guys have something even better to recommend or a way to better tweak the 5x5 please share here!

I'm trying mostly to get rid of this big ass stomach I've earned sitting in jail past year and a half eating nothing but carbs, though I did gain size in arms traps and chest too.

HIIT + 5x5 ... let's see how this goes :)
