Stretch Marks and Coco Butter

Hey fellas,

My Doc said to "combat" stretch marks, apply coco butter after your work out. I usually do it after I hit the shower.

But I see guys putting lotion or something similar before they work out.

Any input on which would be better? Or why they do it?
