Is it a good idea to stretch out as much as possible before or after workouts or just anytime I feel like it? Like reaching down and touching your toes over and over etc. I'm a newbie to this stuff and I truly don't know.

TY to those who reply.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If you strech before workout on a cold body, it's easier to tear a muscle then if you were lifting over your capacity, imagine a piece of meat when its frozen, you can tear it apart with bare hands, but when you heat it up a lil' bit, it's almost impossible to tear it with hands, same thing goes in to the muscle tissue in your body, don't overstrech it trying to gain new flexibility, simply hold out to your limit and hold there, overstreching can cause tears in ligaments n such, trust me...I've been through that myself when I started to strech before sleep, and then soon enough I hurt my back.
