It's true stocks are low now but that doesn't mean it's a good time to buy because they keep going lower. The bottom hasn't been seen yet. So you're probably not going to make money any time soon in the markets. I would wait a while on buying anything because the market is probably going to go lower and it's too volatile right now. About the only thing making money lately is things like ETF's that short the market and put options. Those are doing good now.
