“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I've done these before without problems. But a couple days ago, I did a few sets of SLDs and the next day my back hurt so bad I could barely stand up without having to hoist myself up with my arms. It's two days later I'm still having trouble getting into and out of my car.

Probably a pulled muscle or minor back sprain. I've had my share of back issues, and the most important thing for recovery is to keep active. Back injuries heal best by gradually increasing its workload over time.

Well, I did some last week and had no problems from it. Then this week's set I did it with the same amount of weight, 110lbs for 2 sets. And oooh boy. I was always afraid this would happen.
