“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

The biggest sticking point i've been having lately is that I just feel tired throughout the day. I wake up in the morning, feel like going back to sleep and never really feel energetic during the day. Then I know it's time to force myself out the door and go socialize but I just do not feel like going out at all and my state is all kinds of messed up. I love that feeling of being in state, feeling confident, funny, talkative... but i've just started pushing myself out the house and feel like it requires so much energy that I don't seem to have. I have just been pushing through it and making myself go out anyway.... i've only just begun forcing myself out for a week now.... does this get any better? I've had a few occasions where after listening to some audios I feel in a good mood, feel empowered and ready, but the majority of the time I haven't. How do I get that other feeling to be the default state that I walk around with and have? Anyone have advice?

Sounds like you have something which drains away your energy. If you sleep but still feel tired it may be depression you're suffering from and no amount of pushing will help you get through it. A thing which may help is to weigh train (releases stress, boost test. and energy) you should check out if you have depression or dysthymia (low key depression for long period) if you find no source for this tiredness.

Edit: Make sure you eat a varied diet too it might boost the energy a bit.

I know the feeling, a lot of the time my energy levels feel ****. Then you get a burst where you're "in the zone" and everything is so simple. You need to push through the tiredness. Exercise is good for this.

You're probably going through some mild depression.

Maybe you need to internalize what you've been doing and where your life is headed and maybe look into jumping on new ventures and doing things that you normally wouldn't involve yourself with, as a means of growing as an individual. Step out of your comfort zone and try some new things... once you go down that path and expand your horizons, the zest for life and the enthusiastic attitude will resurface.
