Are these really necessary? If you want people to stop clogging up the board I think you should start with these, no one new is really reading them and it gives the board a real amature and messy look as if its run by high schoolers. Its also just one persons opinion, one of them locked giving no one the chance to discuss or disagree with the topic.

Just my opinion :)

Actually, its been unlocked. But yeah, I agree they should come down...Then again, the newbies should read them AND the bible...
