Yeah, herepes is a *****... About 1 out of 7 americans have herpes and 80% of them don't know it.

It's tooooo easy to contract and pass on.

A condom isn't going to do jack **** against herpes.. this doesn't mean don't use a condom.

Thanfully, herpes doesn't really effect too many people, very few people have any effects. There are people reading this forum that have hereps and don't know it.

And the 80% you posted.. that is way too high. For oral herpes, sure. For genital, not even close.

You guys better get your facts right and get educated on this. MOST people with herpes, who carry the virus, don't know they have it because they don't break out or show symptoms.

He didn't say it as 80% of people have it, he said that is the percentage of people who have it but don't know it. It is actually 1 out of 5 people carry the virus.

And it is not a virus you for sure get just by having sex with someone who carries it. Chances are small in a single encounter, but it can happen even with a condom on; but do use a condom, it will reduce chances.
