"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

man I got up today and I was doing what I do every Saturday, read the news.. and there are some.. to be frank.. ****ed up things going on in this world...

let's start with this

http://www.usatoday.com/sports/basketball/nba/2010-03-04-iverson-divorce_N.htm

So... Allan iverson is marred to this woman for damn near 9 years, the DAY AFTER he says he is going to retire from the NBA, his wife files for divorce. holy ****. she is an efficient once isn't she.

Then

This is the 2nd time this has happened to him. The first one.. okay..woman man.. you gotta be careful.. this reeks of high class AFCism. He's an AFC, just now one with money.. Ben always stuck me as the guy who could walk in a room and still be offended by the guy that's in better shape than he is in the corner making out with all the pretty girls. he seems like that kinda guy. This guy is an idiot.

Goes to show, that money makes you nothing but mor of what you already are. If you are a stupid jerk you are just going to be a bigger stupider jerk when you have alot of money.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

This is no chit. I could not get the link to post but you can Google it.

Maryland law makers are getting ready to pass a law about dating. It starts out pertaining to International Dating. Must submit fingerprints, background check and criminal record to make contact with a foreign woman. It is screwed up.

If someone could find it and maybe post a link, it is scary and interesting.

It is to protect the foreign women from the American male abuser. Whats next?

Tawanna Iverson said their 8½-year marriage is "irretrievably broken," in papers filed Tuesday in Fulton County Superior Court. She asks for full custody of the couple's five children, child support and alimony.
Man this woman has no shame, talk about bad timing.

Hey look who's back! How ya been?

also;

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
