Dont let yourself get thirsty. When you are thirsty, its your body telling you its running very low on water supply. Keep drinking, get into a habit. Carry a water bottle around. Dont let yourself get thirsty, you will pee more often but you will see you get more energy.

But yes, if you do get thirsty, do drink water. Its just better to keep yourself very well hydrated.

You don't need a loading phase and it doesn't really matter what you take your creatine with. I take mines with water, and take 5-10g daily.

You should be drinking plenty of water if you're on creatine or not, so the extra water question is pointless.
