My dream has always to start a bar, not just any bar where the local drunks come every night. A nice setting at a nice location etc, got the plan all worked out.
The problem is I don't have good social skills, don't put me alone with someone because conversation would be akward. If there are more people around I don't mind, I tend to rely on others to do most of the talking then. My goal is thus to be more 'behind the scenes', although I would be there helping every day, I just wouldn't be the kind of boss who chats up the customers to build connections and get in more people. And let that just be a great part of getting a good bar...
Any advice if it would be doable?
