When I do standing rows, I do one rep I pull the bar up to my chest. There comes a point where I can only get it 75 percent of the way up, then 50 percent, then 25 percent. When should I stop?

When you get to the point when you can no longer get the bar up to your chest, you're probably considered to be at failure.

BUT you don't even have to go all the way to failure, especially if you're doing a few sets. Going all the way to failure on each set affects your recovery quite a bit. Whether you do any sets to failure depends on how your routine's set up. Wanna post your routine bud?

Naah, I'm pretty happy with my routine. I've gone from 130 to 150 pounds as a hardgainer since October.

Hmmm.. 20lbs in 6 months = not a hardgainer. ;) Good going though!
Well even better then. I've always just assumed because I've always been so skinny. I'm still skinny obviously, 150 pounds at 5 8' isn't exactly jacked. I'm getting there though.
