“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

First of all, I would like to start by saying this forum has really helped me with taking control of my life and responsibility for my body. I started on Starting Strength at the beginning of June and I have gained 10 lbs over the course of 2 months. I thank you guys for that.

Okay so the only thing I see that's not progressing is my Military Presses, others seem to be going up steadily in 5lbs jumps. On Monday, I tried doing 65lbs sets but on the last set I failed on the 1st rep. 60lbs is easy for me but 65lbs is too hard.

So I have a question here, should I increase intensity of 60lbs military presses (i.e reduce rest time) or should I juat reset the weight and climb back up again?

It is a difficult lift to improve. It's also very technique dependent. Check your form and make sure you are getting you head through as soon as the bar clears it.

Bring the progression down, introduce 8*3 dips on your Bench day ( I presume you're still on starting strength ). Up your protein, calories, sleep and stop fapping. OHP for me was the hardest thing to progress on too, Dips really help.

Get heavier and it'll go up. Hardest lift to progress on. Dips and incline bench help.

Don't get a spotter for a military press. Don't be one of those retarded gym rats that needs a spotter for exercises that don't need spotting.

Right guys thanks for the help. I will start doing accessory work (dips/chin ups) during my workouts.
