“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

im 5'9'' and weigh about 150 pounds. i can squat 315 pounds 10 times.

thats more than twice my body weight, yet my arms and rest of body are still pretty small.
is the article "squat for big arms" accurate? or can anyone explain how i can get the rest of my body to get bigger and stronger? thanks

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I haven't read it, but I'm going to take a wild guess and say that squats help increase the testosterone in your body, they increase metabolism or whatever, and make growing muscle all around easier. You can't do only squats, and expect your entire body to grow. I don't anyways. Do some arm work, pullups, maybe some curls if you feel the need. Large, compound lifts should be the staple of your workout.

I'm about your size, and last january I was squatting 345x5 @ 145lbs. I wasn't very big, but I was strong.

Are you eating enough? I'm not...

Make sure your femur is parallel or past parallel when you're squatting.

I can squat 800 pounds 10 times, but I won't go down too much if at all. lol

I'll pile on here: almost everybody overestimates how far they go down on squats. pull all the weight off the bar, go down until you physically can't go any further without touching your bouncing your butt against your calves. That's a full squat.

knees past toes. but thats only cuz you dont have weight on your shoulders. youll prob be fine when you put on the bar to balance out your center of mass without going past toes.

I'm pretty sure that when you squat low it's almost impossible to keep your knees from passing your toes. I think my knees pass even with weight on my back.

I simply position my feet a few inches ahead...

You can't really position your feet ahead, unless you're using a smith machine. I really have trouble keeping my knees behind my toes. I lose balance and sh1t.

knees-not-past-toes is a rule of thumb, not an iron-clad guarantee of form. if everything else is working, and as long as you're not getting pain in the knees, I say let them go past a bit on full squats. make sure your heels aren't coming up at all, and you should be fine.

I don't recommend knees going past your feet at all, theres a few of us that go parallel and below but we've been lifting for awhile so we know what bad tension will feel like on the knees.

Just because a bunch of guys who have been squatting for awhile and have good form preach to go as low as possible it may not always be right for you..if you can't go parallel without having your knees go past your feet then don't...the more squats you do the more you'll know how to move your body for perfect form (according to your body).

what do the rest of you think?
I don't think your flexible enough to go as low as possible, go as low as you can without having your knees move past your feet...in due time you will be able to but don't force it if your just learning..ease into it gradually go lower over time.

If your losing balance your not leaning forward enough or you don't have a strong core

No. It depends on proportions as well. Different people go to different heights. And there's nothing wrong with bringing knees in front of your toes.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I see that we have different opinions going around. I'll check my form - as I always do - and see if I can improve.
