“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I have a problem. I have seen that one of the best excercises for bulking up the legs is the squat. However, I can only work out at home, so I have a barbell and weights but no cage or power rack. Therefore, I find it EXTREMELY dangerous to use the weight I desire to get my legs bulked up. I cant lift the weights on to my neck in order to do the squat, and even if I could I know it would be extremely difficult to take it off once I am done. I have no spotter, just so you know.

Is there any way I can do squats with a heavy weight WIHOUT using a barbell? I need to be as safe as possible and dont want to risk serious injury.

Deadlifts or hack squats (which are like deadlifts but with the bar behind you instead of in front of you)
