“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I started moving weights 2-3 month ago & got very encouraging results.
I want to do squats in order to achieve an overall bulking.
Due to retrictions of time, place & money I do not have a two-handed bell (yet) (barbell ?) & do not go to the gym.

my question is: what's the shortcoming of doing squat-excercises with two one-handed bells (dumbells ?) in you hands, arms hanging down? Since the weight is connected to you shoulders you should have the same effect on the back-muscels etc.

any way to do it better?

right or wrong?

thanks,

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The shortcoming as I see it is that you get a smaller rate of movement and you can't do ATTG squats. Grip will be an issue too, especially when you start climbing weights.

Well first off, dumbell squats have some advantages.

They will be similar in action to trap bar deads, taking the strain off the lower back.

It's a fine way to build grip strength, balance and co-ordination.

You don't need a squat rack.

Now the bad news. As someone has mensioned, your grip won't keep up with your squatting progress, so you may want to start using straps when you really get into the poundage.

They can be ungainly and difficult to manage, you may even run out of space on your bells if you really get going.

Don't forget you can do other similar exercises with dumbells.

Lunges, step ups and most fave hip belt squats (the dumbell is on a chain attatched to a lifting belt.

You can progress no end with these, but sure at some stage a barbell will be the ticket.

I'd imagine you'll have quite a bit of trouble picking them up at the ground.

Remember to keep your back straight.
