“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm working out basically 3 days a week, i try to do upper body and abs on tues and sat, and lower body and tri/biceps on thrusday. Is 1 day a week enuff for the legs if i go really intesnse on squats. I usually do squats and 1 or 2 machines which i like to mix up (hamstring, quads, etc.) I do the squats last of course cuz i am dead afterwards. Is once a week enuff for legs tho? how often do u guys do ur squats?

once a week is fine especially if you go all out on them! same goes for chest, back. why are you doing upper body twice a week?

I dont feel sore and have tons of energy i feel like its a waste not to do it twice a week. If im only do upper body once a week, and lower body once a week, its only 2 day a week, ist that too little?

depends on your recovery. soreness is not an indicator of a productive workout nor is having energy or not ..

try
day 1 - legs
day 3 - chest
day 5 - back

and see how you go..

I prefer once. If I go once a week, my numbers are MUCH higher than if I were to go twice a week.

Over the summer the football coach had us doing a "heavy day" and a "light explosive day"

Bench was always stuck around 125-145ish.

Now, after only 3 weeks of lifting, after taking about a month or two off, my bench is up to 170.

At first I read that and was like "Whoa...creepy" because my old highschool was called Westside, and the coach is friends with their football coaches. Then I realized you meant the lifting Westside.

He used some stuff from this Xplosive Edge place around here. I wasn't too fond of the way his workouts were set up though. It was basically a full body workout, 4 days a week. They GAVE us weights to use, and if it was easy or hard, they adjusted from there. By the end of the summer, I was beginning to feel like sh*t day in and day out. I felt like I was over training big time, and my results showed it.

How the fcuk can someones deadlift be bigger than their squat ?!?!?!

NEVER DO SQUATS LAST, SQUATS SHOULD BE LEAVING YOU CRIPPLED WHEN YOUR DONE..There aint no need to use 2 machines for your legs. ONLY USE FREE WEIGHT (barbell)

squat once a week, I usually do 4 sets of 10 and then 1 set of 20 (widowmakers I learned about that from some website maybe dis one). you need to be struggling with the weight, if you can easily bang out this routine then you aint working hard enough. AND NONE OF THIS FCKUING HALF SQUAT SH!T YOU NEED TO GO AS LOW DOWN AS POSSIBLE OR YOU WASTING YOUR TIME.

If your only working out 3 days a week you wasting your time training your upper body, don't be a tool, that upper body training is bullsh-t, once in awhile is cool if you feel like certain body parts are not in proportion.

But your routine needs to look like squats on monday, deadlift on wednesday, pull-ups, standing row (up-right row?? i dunno) on fridays.

when you get stronger and more expereienced your gonna realize routines are also bullsh!t..and so is the amount of reps..just work till you can't anymore.

get strong with your deadlift its gonna provide the support you need to lift REAL BIG weight comfortably.

I can answer that for ya. My deadlift has ALWAYS had large totals. I think the first time I EVER deadlifted it was around 300lbs.

Last time I did my squats, I had 265 on my back and still wasn't getting below parallel. So apparently my squat needs to have less weight on it.

My deadlift, 345. My squat is probably somewhere around 245 right now.

I'm guessing in a few months, my squat will be up in the 3's and my deadlift will be closing in on 4's.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

gentle, quik, the last thing we need around here is a flame war. I think d&b could lay off the overstatements & incredulousness, though, too.

I don't see anything weird about a bigger deadlift 3rm than squat 3rm.
