“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

My gym does not have a rack. Can I still do normal squats (I think it would be very difficult- I would have to physically lift the barbell from the ground, over my head and into position). Will doing hack squats instead be ok?

Also what weight should I start out at for squats/deadlifts? I am embarrassed to say I have been doing what seem to be quite light weights, but still kills to do! And I'm not weak, just average or above. Could you give me the weights for both I should start out at WITHOUT including the barbell. Many thanks.

(Oh and I should add that to date I have only been doing hack squats. Should I be doing the same weight as is normal for the normal squats? And if anyone is going to say, do what is comfortable that's fine but I would just like a rough idea for the average range for a 6 ft 84kg guy.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

It's a little dangerous to squat without a rack. Here's an idea FIND A NEW GYM.

A gym without a rack is not a gym ; it's an aerobics studio.

As to your other question : who the fukk cares what you SHOULD be lifting.. it's what fatigues you that counts and then work up from there.

how to find out what weight you should be squatting with? if you can do more than 7 reps with perfect form - it's too light.. if you can't do at least 3 reps with perfect form (where the fourth rep would be do-able.. but it would seriously skull-fukk you!) then it's too heavy. Easy.
