“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Okay, this may be weird coming from a guy, but.... I've developed a big butt! Help! :D

Haha.... for years I was one of those guys that only worked out my upper body. I've been training legs for about 8 months now, and have made very noticeable gains... but I seem to be genetically programmed to have overly developed glutes.

What to do?

I was thinking about eliminating the Smith machine squats altogether and substituting hack squats instead.

Should I modify leg press as well?

Maybe reduce my range of motion?

I definitely DO NOT want to sacrifice my quad development.

Granted, I could use to do more cardio to burn off the remaining winter flab... but I don't think the excess backside mass is due to fat, since my diet has been pretty healthy all along, and my waist if anything has gotten smaller. :)

Suggestions?

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Keep doing squats. Don't use the Smith Machine. Do real barbel squats.

Anyways chicks love a muscular ass. Not a fat ass. Believe me, I've been told on numerous occasions by many fine ladies.

I WISH I had a big muscular ass.

Beats having a scronny barely-existing ass that hurts whenever you sit down because the bone is so close to the skin.

This is why im quite paranoid of doing Squats and other things that work my arse. I won't start doing such a thing until i have removed ALL excess fat. I'm paranoid of having a large ass, as i have seen soo often on people in the gym!

The same goes when working your lower Obliques with weights. It can give you a largert waist, which is exactly what you DON'T want!

So, just sit on the couch and everything will be fine.

I agree with the obliques.

But, don't worry. Noone can really notice your ass too much. Chicks dig a muscular ass anyways.
