"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

my friend did this - and actually prevented his 5+ years ltr from cheating on him (she was openly debating with a guy on myspace if she should cheat with him - she really wanted to but kept stalling).

my friend thought something was up and installed the logger - found all these emails to a guy. got her myspace info - logged into her account and read his emails to her. the guy was doing some heavy convincing and my friends girl was leaning more and more towards trying it.

he confronted her about it - told her he came home, got on the computer and her myspace email was open and something caught his eye and he read it. basically telling her he read everything after that and knew everything.

she cried and tried to blame it on him for 'invading her privacy' - he had to come live with me for 3 days... but she took him back... she also cut her contact with the other guy and admitted she was wrong.

so it worked... but, be warned... my friend to this day - reads everything she does online just waiting for her to slip up again. i don't believe that's anyway to live your life - and he does seem obsessed with it. i'd even bet if they break up - he does it to the next one...

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I would like to install a spy software on my computer to find out what does my girlfriend do while I'm at work.
Bad, bad boyfriend! Bad!
You're degrading yourself just to satisfy your pride? Why don't you be upfront about it with her if you're thinking about spying on her like that?

What would a woman's girlfriends advise her if she asked them:

"Should I put a keystroke logger or some other 'spy' software on my own personal computer in my own home? I worried Bubba might be running around. He uses my computer sometimes."

I know the answer. But, does it matter, or even relate here?

Is it even "spying"? It's the computer that the owner controls. If another "user" (the GF) uses it to cheat on the owner, is it "wrong" to seek to know that?

I don't know. But I DO know that it isn't wrong to use your own stuff as you wish. And that includes putting whatever software he WANTS on his OWN computer. If she's stupid enough to use HIS computer to cheat, she DESERVES to get caught.

LOL

In the Army our motto was "In God we trust, all others we monitor!". That is a maxim to live by. Knowledge is power.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
