“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have a question about sprinting. I am currently bulking but don't want to lose my speed and endurance while doing so. That is why I want to know, would sprinting cause me to lose excessive amounts of muscle or would it help me? Any info particuarly from sprinters would be appreciated. Thanks

P.S. And if it's okay, would I do it before or after lifting?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If you do high intensity sprints for 10 - 15 minutes, with adequate rest intervals in between, then you won't lose muscle. You will lose muscle if you go for longer periods of time.

Don't do it before lifting because you will hinder your gains in the weight room.

Yeah i'd try to do your sprints on days you aren't hitting the weights, i'm going to start them myself soon.

Sprinting is one of the best ways to keep fit and save muscle, just take a look at the top sprinters, they still have nice arms, wide shoulders and good pecs to go with their strong legs, unlike marathon runners who look like they just escaped from a POW camp and have 10 inch arms, urgh.
