"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Anybody here play sports a lot? In particular combat sports like BJJ, boxing, wrestling?

Even for those who don't, try getting some sports psychology books. It's really helped me a lot. There are so many parallels between the psychology of sarging and the psychology of sports that for those of you who are scared, fearful of approaching, or inconsistent, getting some sports psychology books and doing the exercises inside will jump your game a lot.

In particular combat sports psychology (hard to find, but there's one called the Grappling Game Plan - buy it, don't download it) is closer because it deals with fear of the opponent (but we can apply it to the little 45kg girl we RAFCs are scared of :( ).

Seriously, there are so many parallels that it will really jump your game. For example - the section with dealing with fear of losing a match - is the same as dealing with fear of approaching/rejection!

Just a tip to help out my fellow RAFCs...

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I'm doing sports psychology at university very good course, i studied it briefly when I was in college, in my first year, not so much in my second year. But now at university, its more in depth. I can't really relate it to the whole dj thing, it might just be me though.

At the end of the day read **** up on here, read pooks stories and all the threads till your heart is content.

but all you need is a decent appearence, social proof, and some confidence but not massive loads and you'll be able to date some girls without puttin much effort in.

most important thing is social proof if u ask me...
