"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Spinning plates when you're a natural AFC

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

My goal would be to have a girlfriend again at some point, at least a woman that is quality relationship material. And I like what you said about being a good man. I don't want to use people. I've been on the receiving end of that and it's not fun. I think game is just as much, if not more so, about changing things inside and become the best possible version of yourself that you can be. Increased success with women is therefore a byproduct of those changes and not the end goal. It's said all the time on here that a woman should not be the focal point of your happiness. Made that mistake before, won't ever do it again.

finding a girlfriend is a lot like going to the race track. what i mean by that is, if you go to the track on a saturday with a number in your head of how much money you want to make, you've lost before you have entered the building. you will try to make races fit what your desired result is instead of letting the races natrual progressions lead you to what is avaiable to be made.

in other words, when it comes to dating, and horse racing for that matter, you ahve to take what the defense gives you so to speak. if it's given you 5 yard slants all day long that's what you got to take. if the card is chalky as hell than you just take your 5.80 dollar winners and call it a day. if the dating game is giving you girls who like to sleep around and have a good time, then dammit sleep around and have a good time and bide your time until a girl makes you say "damn she really is different"

you will know. based off your experience with other women, it's not something that after a month or so you will have to question is she different or she is worth my exclusivity. but you can't go into dates looking for a GF or the girl will sniff the desperation in you or even worse, you will end up making a hoe a house pet.
