The internet gives people comfort.. THey can hide their insecurities, they can prevent being judged or criticized for who they are-- They can get instant gratification and validation from strangers, They can fake lifestyles to gain some of this validation that keeps them stagnant in the real world but makes them feel short bursts of joy etc.
But what the internet does is take away your discipline, take away from learning real world skills-- slowly makes you weaker, more lazy, and programs your mind into a cynical perspective of the world, of women, of men, -- it makes you compare yourself to others.
The greatest advicde i can give you losers is get off this forum and all other forums or places on the net you spend time and start living in the real world.. In just 5 months your life will change for the better.. Delete all your apps on your phone, keep some for fitness/nutrition/investing/business.. thats all
Elminate your entire friend circle and keep only the top 20% of people who really care about u and show u love.
