"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

A good lesson, but let me say this:

If you didn't bang her because you thought she was young and therefore "special", yes you made a mistake. Probably the kiss on the cheek wasn't the best idea, either. However:

If you didn't bang her because you didn't really want to, or because you were too drunk or whatever, fvck that b!tch (metaphorically speaking). Okay, her interest level is maybe low. Does that mean you are obligated to sloppily and drunkenly have sex with her when you're not really into it? I say forget it, bang her because YOU want to, not because she is expecting it. Just bear in mind life is not for the faint of heart, and fortune favors the bold.
Good post. Sometimes we get so caught up in the chase we feel like were obligated to bang the chick even when were not in the mood. Part of the game though...

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Good point. I don't know about you guys, but I've always found sex to be overrated.

If a woman doesn't want to hold her body close to mine until I'm aroused, I don't get aroused.

They have to try to have sex with me or I'd just assume not get myself all excited. In younger days I used to be at full attention the moment I saw her walk by, but this is not exactly a way to feel independent as a man. I've learned to restrain myself, perhaps to a fault.

But intimacy is going extinct. The younger generation learned everything from online porn.

Last serious relationship, she was 20 years old....
Thanks. Today I heard a Billy Joel song that captures exactly what this post attempted:

"I put my foot in my mouth
Cause I'm just avoiding the facts

If the girl gets too close
If I need some room to escape
When the moment arose
I'd tell her it's all a mistake

But that's not how I feel
No that's not the woman I've known
She's undeniably real
So leave a tender moment alone

But it's not only me
Breaking down when the tension gets high
Just when I'm in a serious mood
She is suddenly quiet and shy"

- Billy Joel (Consider that a few years earlier he had just seduced Christy Brinkley, arguably the hottest woman of the last century).

Maybe your just not as into her as you think you are? We get so caught up in the chase, lets face it we all have giant egos and alot of measure ourselves by the quantity of quality women we bang. Not saying its right but lets be real we all do at the end of the day. Ive also found Ive gotten picker as Ive gotten older. If I were you I would take some time to myself, wait till you find a woman you really want to have sex with. Ask yourself if its gonna be worth it, I would say most of the time it was not worth it.
