"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

If you venture out to one of these speed dating events traditional tactics are ineffective due to the controlled enviroment. Ineffective tactics include (bringing a wingman, artificial time constraint, vibing, initiating the first move, using an opener/ice breaker, building rapport, forming anchors, active diss-interest principle, asserting personal authority, 3 minute email extraction, etc)

Speed dating has 3 essential major flaws---

1) it's superficial and tends to stereotype first impressions, which are often shallow to begin with. It’s a known fact, that good-looking people who attend speed-dating events have a huge edge over the average person. They get the most matches compared to an average Joe, based summarily upon their looks. You are exposed to numerous strangers for only a few minutes. Do you really think the plain Jane is going to stand up to the super hottie with the killer bod and extroverted personality.

2)Speed Dating tends to put timid subjects at a disadvantage. Introverts tend to be quiet, low-key, deliberate, and disengaged from the social world. Thus, one who is introverted is more likely to spend time alone or in contemplation, as these activities are rewarding. They may avoid social situations entirely, not because of SHYNESS but because they choose to. * we are referring to the females who are shy guys!!!!!

3)TIME CONSTRAINT-there is no time interval in between the next round. Right after your time is up (signaled by a bell), you IMMEDIETLY must go to the next table. You are forced to make a YES/NO decision right there. This quick decision thingy is NOT always the correct path to follow, especially when you're on the fence about someone. You don’t want to circle someone until you see ALL the prospects, so a lot of people leave their sheets blank 'til the end. Trying to remember who you wanted a date with after 12-20 people gets confusing. The time frame is very short does not allow shy people the luxury of getting comfortable. A lot of people are not good at making quick decisions and are forced to rely on the presentation at hand to make their decision. Meaning if you look hot you're more likely to get a match than someone who can make her laugh in 3 minutes. 1Speed dating is all about first impressions, which is due to the limited amount of time you have to engage someone. Some people are not small talk skilled and they like to take their time. ****y & funny NEG/HIT may sound repetitive after 20 rounds and women compare notes.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

One great tip for Speed Dating is to peacock your nuts off!

Of course everyone will say "Yes" to you.

You look like the most interesting person, and of course, having everyone say "Yes" to you is social proof. Having all the options will allow you to choose who to get in contact with and start running proper game.

By that time of course you should be able to act disinterested, because you have shown her pre-selection at the Speed Dating arena, by being interested, everyone accepted you, the frame is you are the prize.

Peacock like crazy during Speed Dating events.

I agree, unfortunately this is what puts many guys at a disadvantage. Not too many of them know how to make a good impression under any type of constraints. Consider it much like what detracts many guys from sarging at clubs, same limitations.

So what else can possibly be done for a guy? They sit u down with 10 girls and each and every one gets your complete and undivided attention. If u cant succeed there then all hope is lost.

Well, in that case, they need to get to work on building their Tool Box, and learn how to stop being average, don't they?

A guy,
is a guy,
is a guy...

These guys fall into the same category, they usually seem nice but not much substance or not any that they emote. So after three minutes and the bell rings they are labeled as a 'nice guy' and will be forgotten before the next nice guy sits down.

Don't be just a guy.

Oh yeah, don't rely on hope; it's for people who feel they aren't in control. You have the ability to be in control of this issue.

Espi,

Who would you rate yourself on the looks department, as the average Joe, or someone a bit hotter? Do you think maybe your looks or presentation had something to do with it?

When people do field reports it's helpful to have some sort of 'negative' game involved to shift out the looks factor.. A 'negative game' here is if you went on Speed-dating, and deliberately put no game on, or appeared incompitent, if you would have gotten the same results because of 'looks'.

A well-thought post; my responses in bold.
 I agree with everything you said. One addition to your idea about taking notes, I have questions like yours on a grid (a qualification sheet) that I can check off as I speak to each of the women so I'm not spending much time on actual writing. Most of the women are intrigued by the concept and some beg to take a peek (I tell them 'no' of course). Talk about raising their interest level (at least if they're confident).

Another thing that I do is ask to take their picture if I'm interested in them. They are extremely excited at the idea and the other women notice it. As I'm making my rounds some actually ask early on whether or not I am going to take their picture. It gives me a perfect opportunity to toss out a C/F line to keep them guessing.
