speed date

Any suggestion on those 4 min or 8 min speed date ?
What is your strategy ?
I went to three of them, generate no result.
In first one, I was more passive, anwser their questions.
In second one, I try to ask them more, their interest, etc. And show we have a lot of common things.
In the third one, I was more talk about myself, try to have them know more, sort of sell myself.
None of them work.

what was the age range? How about the quality of women in these events? I was curious myself about speedating as a practice. It's good you are trying different strategies...you don't fail,you learn something this way.
Next time try this strategy:" My father just died and I inherited over 20 million dollars. I am looking to settle with a nice girl who can take care of me."

There are all different ages. I usually went to 25-35 group. Amount the dosen women I met everytime, there are 2 or 3 VERY hot one most of the times. I met two Ph.D. graduate students in math and astronomy. And they are very pretty. I mean they can easily be a model. I am not sure why they are there. Because there should be plenty of young and old men in school. Majority of them are average next door type.
I have tried different strategy. However, I still do not know how to handle it yet.
Anybody have any tips, please.
