Although it is only a forum, and being such it brings with it the difficulty of having rules/policies, I think there should be a policy of posters using more specific titles to their posts, especially tips. If effective, this will cut back on the amount of time people take to look through various threads. A sticky at the top of the tips/whatever forum would help.
