"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I was wondering what everyone's opinion of Soy protein was. For my shakes, I use EAS Soy instead of whey for the simple reason that it is cheaper. Are there any real advatages to using whey protein that would justify the added cost?

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

If you are male you should not use soy.

It raises your estrogen levels, which means your testosterone levels decrease for balance. Tissue growth has been shown in some studies.

just use whey protein. Not much truth that soy raises your estrogen levels. However, the amino acid profile is much more favorable in whey protein. Also, it is absorbed quicker and easier by your body. So, nothing wrong with soy (it's even beneficial in moderate doses) but you should mostly get whey, casein (from milk) and lean meats,

I highly recommend "Optimum Whey Protien" - It is bar none the best protien on the market and comes with several other major supplements already packed into it, such as L-Argenine (the amino acid that increases the amt of sp3rm) for larger ejaculations.

It's not expensive either. Off the internet you can order a 5lb jug (3 months supply if you take a shake daily) for 30-40 bucks.

Can you link us to some sites that currently have such offers?

I'm not good at internet hunting so this would be a GREAT help as I plan to get some whey protein.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
