I think its hard to say who is Sosuaves Sexiest woman alive because everyone has different taste.
The thing that is very important to me is what a girl can bring to the table other then looks because it will make me more attracted to her. All the models we see in the magazine or the photos are most likely boring individuals with no personality because they never had to work on their social skills or even try to make someone else's happy (everything was always handed to them on a silver platter so why should they try?) They have nothing else to offer other then their looks and princess like attitude (since she is accustom of everyone treating her like one). Some guys I know who have fvcked models always told me its like fvcking a corpse because she just lies there while you fvck her (the princess doesn't need or have to try).
If a woman is good looking and she has other talents plus has a personality after realising that, her Hotness level just shoots right up. For best example just watch this video: " This chick is singing a famous Madonna song. At first she seems just a good looking Hb8 but when she sings and dances her personality and sexiness ozzes out and in my eyes by the time she finishes that song she is like HB9.5
