Hey guys,
I havent posted here in a while. A few months ago, I made a conscious decision to take a break from this place because, with all the theories and philosophies that abound, I was just getting lost inside my own head. It was the best thing I ever did for myself and I wish I had done it sooner.
Having said that, it's good to be posting again. I see a lot of new faces around here and due to this fact, I also see a lot of complaints about how SoSuave isnt what it used to be. How there are too many newbies, or the advice stinks, or the mods are power-hungry Nazis....etc etc.
Now listen up cuz this is important. Everything changes and of course this place isn't what it used to be...but if you feel so hurt. so annoyed or violated by these things, then it only points to one thing......
SoSuave matters FAR too much to you!
Stop taking yourselves and this site so damn seriously. Learn to laugh at yourself a little because, lets face it, you are on a forum loaded with guys who cant get laid!
Learn to recognize that when you complain about this place, you are just showing how unhappy you are with your own life!
It really is kind of ironic...my only complaint about this place is the people who complain! Nobody (including beautiful women) likes a friggin WHINER!
So the next time you read something here that bothers you, remember that no one is putting a gun to your head to read this crap. You always have the freedom, the CHOICE to step away from the computer and enjoy this brief flash-in-the-pan we call life! Who knows, maybe instead of posting how much this place has gone down the tubes, you will actually make it better by posting a tip, or *gasp* a FIELD REPORT!
It's alot easier to put the blame on an internet forum than to realize that the problem actually lies within yourself!
