"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Fellow SoSuavers,

I've only recently started posting on here, but have been reading stuff on this site for about a year. During that time I've read many great and inspirational posts here, and I'm glad that I found this place. But I can't really tell you what I have learned from any of these posts or how it has impacted my life, because I NEVER TOOK ACTION  I would come here just about every day, sometimes several times a day, and read post after post. Thoughts would spring into my head "Man, that's a great post", "I can do this", "I'm ready to make some changes in my life", "Talking to girls is the easiest thing in the world", and so on.
I would keep reading until I felt I was satisfied and log off. But soon after I left the site these feelings would disappear. I would resort to my normal AFC chump self and never improve. I felt compelled to keep coming back to the site and reading more great posts to get those feelings back; I was trying to fill a void. The void of HAVING WOMEN AND CREATING THE LIFE THAT I TRULY WANT.
There are a select few members of this site as of late, such as Syncmaster, JC Jerkson, Animal Crackers, Shezzler, and a handful of others that can afford to rest on their laurels a bit because they've BEEN IN THE GAME and are MAKING PROGRESS. Maybe these guys aren't master don juans yet, but they certainly aren't AFC kbj's either. They are contributing their knowledge that they have learned while IN THE FIELD and are truly helping.
Becoming a Don Juan and learning how to be a success with women is like being a rookie quarterback in the NFL. Generally the rookie will sit on the bench and watch the veteran qb lead the team in hopes that he will learn as much as he can so that the game will slow down for him. Then the coach will put him in when he feels he is ready. But the rookie doesn't really learn anything until HE IS PLAYING THE GAME HIMSELF. Yeah, he will make a lot of MISTAKES AND BAD PLAYS at FIRST, but he will LEARN from them and hopefully turn into a GREAT PLAYER. Once he becomes CONFIDENT and COMFORTABLE in HIMSELF there will be more WINS and TOUCHDOWNS than INTERCEPTIONS and LOSSES. Once he is a SUCCESS his life will IMPROVE TENFOLD. He'll get that multimillion dollar contract, and everyone will RESPECT him and want to BE AROUND HIM. But you have to realize your UNFULFILLED POTENTIAL and DARE TO BE GREAT.
I will not be posting on this site again until I get INTO THE GAME and can provide FIELD REPORTS of my experiences, or to provide a useful tip or something I learned while sarging. Until then I will only come here to check my pm's from time to time. I promise I will be back sooner than later. I've let life pass me by for too long and I'm ready to change. Let's all make 2006 a happy new year and make this site a great place to be.
:woo:

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

One final note:
Yeah, I decided to do Aftershock's 2006 bootcamp. I think it's better that way, to give each other motivation and encouragement. I plan on giving myself a bit of a rock and roll makeover too. Earrings, tattoos, cool haircut, etc. Maybe a little peacocking mixed in as well. I'm a good looking guy but my styles a bit plain and needs some edge to it. I think this can help improve my game Alright, I won't be back until I approach at least one girl. Late.
