Guys, whats your opinion on sorority girls? Would you ever date a sorority girl?

I dated two, and contrary to my expectations, they were both really conservative. It pretty much shattered the stereotype for me. But, then again, I did meet some of their sisters who were some of the biggest skanks I ever had the misfortune of running into. They would bang strangers in club bathrooms, and catch all sorts of nasty diseases. What I'm trying to say is, I don't treat sorority girls any differently from other girls. You have some good ones, and you have a lot of bad ones. It's up to you to find the one that's worth keeping around.

Would I date one again? At this point, probably not. I'm not in university anymore, I rarely ever see my frat brothers, and to be honest, I'm glad that I'm no longer in that scene. It's a lot harder to be with someone who still lives in that Greek world when you're doing better things outside it.

You can't apply one stereotype to an entire community of people.

Does it really matter what she's labelled? If want her then go get her. It would only affect me if she was a slut cause I'd hate running into a million guys that my girl has fvcked.

And none of my sisters are STD-ridden hoe's either. As far as i'm concerned, the ones with boyfriends dont cheat and the others that like to hook-up are always careful and dont gain a bad reputation.

How the hell do they decide which guy they want to hook up with? Would be useful if I knew.

Guys that aren't creeps. Guys they know, not random ones they meet at parties that give them STDs. At least in my sorority.

As a former fraternity member I can say it would be unlikely that I would date a sorority chick. I never did while I was active. The best they could hope for would be a ONS.

In my experience a 'normal' sorority girl was rare. Most were fat/ugly, *real* psychos, slutty, or thought they were goddesses because they had clueless frat boys drooling after them.

However, if I met a girl I liked who happened to belong to a sorority I would still date her.

Don't believe what the media and porn ( ) has lead you to believe: Most sorority girls aren't hot (or bisexual), and a fraternity may as well be greek for AFC-Central.

Perhaps it's different in the US.

I dated a sorority girl for a little while. She was actually VERY proper. Really played hard-to-get as well. The thing is just from some of the things she said, I got the idea that she was a different person when she was in the "Greek circle". It's one of those things where you feel like a person has two different lives and although you like the one you're shown, you feel like there's a different story on the other side that's being hidden from you.

I never stayed in it long enough to find out what the other story was. I didn't appreciate her playing that hard-to-get and I didn't want to get into an LDR with a girl who was probably fooling around within the greek system when I wasn't there, one of those girls with a lot of "platonic" guy friends..."platonic" not as in "we've never f**ked", but as in "we've only f**ked once and hopefully we'll never be drunk enough to do it again".

I wouldnt date a sorority girl because they have to much baggage. But im not going to stereotype because it depends on a lot of things.

However the enviroment creates, anorexic insecure girls that are ***** shielded by about 30 other equally insecure girls. So its just not worth the effort, but like others said, if i met one i like, i would date her, i prefer non greek girls because they tend to make better LTR's but im speaking for my Uni

Oh sorority girls make great hook ups when they are out in two's or threes, but otherwise you will never separate them form the herd.

It also depends on the school and the sorority.

I dated a sorority girl at Maryland years ago who was the nicest, most fun and loyal girl on the planet and had never hooked up with a single guy in 2 years of college. She had hooked up with most of her male friends from home however (nice being young at a party with 5-6 guys who've done your g/f and she doesn't understand why you aren't happy she brought you).

On the other hand, she had a sorority sister who was a "virgin" except that eyewitnesses had confirmed that she'd given BJs in one fall season to at least 5 guys. My first intro to girl logic.

Sorority girls are not much different from any college girls. If htey have a frat they hang out with or are partnered with for certain events, its likely that any guys she's done will be in that frat.

Also, some greek systems can make it tough for you to date if you are not greek (the frats invite sororities over for parties that you can't go to [I always assumed that was so they'd have an easier time putting cheap moves on the girls])

You can find decent sorority girls. But for the most part, odds are you won't find a normal one. THey are in that stage of life where they're undatable. They havent a clue what they want, and the only thing you can do with them is fu*k them. Give them 2 years after college and they'll be datable. Now of course i'm stereotyping, but for the most part that holds true.

I'm gonna be joining a fraternity soon, and I see nothing wrong w/ that.

I've met tons of sorority girls, and yes a lot of them are attention *****s, and sluts. I have met a few though that arent like that- dare i say they were normal!
One chick knew exactly what she wanted, and she was so sweet and nice. i was like wow, gotta hook up w/ this one

This was a very small few. i've met like over 50 sorority girls, and i'd say about 3 of them were "normal".

IMO i dont see n e thing wrong w/ sorority girls, cept for the fact that a lot of them have been fvcked a lot.

I found this thread and wanted to revive it. Post number 17 hit the nail right on the head. The girl I got involved with was the same way. Even though I was hitting it, she told me, and I quote: "I don't entertain the idea of getting in a relationship for at least another couple yrs." And she had just graduated from her undergrad.

What's your guys experiences with a sorority nut?
