Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
I have read articles by supposed scientific experts claiming training to soreness is bad, I have also read articles by supposed scientific experts claiming that training to soreness I good (but no solid experimental evidence in either case). I tend to agree with the latter (but that is just my ‘hunch’). At any rate I have spent several years trying to train sufficiently hard to be sore for a couple of days afterwards and I certainly haven’t been getting any weaker or suffering symptoms of overtraining. In fact in my experience training to soreness is when I see gains. Hence I am always happy when I find I am sore the next couple of days after a work out because I know I have hit my muscles hard enough to grow bigger.Originally posted by Pro
Did I work out too hard or is this good?
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
No you don't work your body part once a year if I think that's what you mean.Originally posted by dave134
Do you lift like once a year or something??? Get your rest and get ready for next year!
So clear this up for me. I was under the impression that you were to let the muscles heal to a point where they are stronger than they previously were before you want to start lifting again. It will be 5 days for me today and I am still having a hard time moving my arms like I used to. Mostly pec soreness.Originally posted by DIESEL

DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) is a beautiful thing. Sounds like you finally started lifting like a man. Keep up the good work, and keep lifting, the increased blood flow to the muscle, will cause them to heal faster.

If you're still having a hard time, IMO you have overtrained a bit, if not then don't lift until you feel you can actually move your hand normally and start lifting.Originally posted by Pro

Yes I believe this is the case. I believe that you should let the muscles heal to a point where they are stronger than they previously were before you want to start lifting again.Originally posted by Pro
