"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Other than the most obvious BPD on the show (Tony's Mom) the second most dangerous woman on the show was Gloria Trillo. One of Tony's mistresses. There are clips on YouTube of all their interactions, but I just wanted to point everyone's attention to this one. Tony had already tried leaving this girl because he realized she is crazy. So she phones him up crying annoying him to the point of actually coming to her house. The "poor you" cuts him deep because for those who haven't watched the show it's the same thing his mother use to say to him when she was fvcking with his head. Watch the game she plays with him as she tries to manipulate him into staying. Not to mention she's not afraid of a mobster when it comes to her idea of love. In fact she's so evil he even calls her a dangerous person.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Ah Gloria Trillo. I remember the character well. She was a nutjob, but she was hot and hypersexual. Perfect example of a damaged woman beyond help who ended up taking her own life. Plus the crazy hoe threw a steak at Tony's head.

HELL YEAH! I loved The Soprano's and remember her character well. She's one of the best depictions of a BPD they've ever had on a TV show.

Yup, and she ends up offing herself after Tony sends one of his associates to threaten her life. She tried to get Tony to kill her in the video, however the associate tells her it's going to my face you see last not his. So seeing her games are useless and she actually "lost" for once, she decides she'd rather die.

He also met her in therapy, so they're both nuts lol.

Never had a BPD woman in my life.. But if they're half as bad as Gloria I don't plan on ever getting near one. I'm typically good at reading people so I know who to stay away from. Especially since 2 of my best guy friends in HS were nuts. One was ASPD and NPD and the other one was BPD and NPD. After chilling with them and the girls they brought around, I learned who to avoid lol.

Was deff getting laid a ton from just being around them. The chicks they brought around were all ez and most were good in bed. Not always that phyiscally attractive but they didn't give a sh1t. They just wanted to bust a nut. They would fvck anything from 2s-8s. I was still just learning to be a DJ at the time but even I was seducing them with ease. I guess it was their sociopath charisma rubbing off on me. Had a lot of fun chilling with them too. Shameless people create some great entertainment. However their bad energy caught up to me one day and we all got arrested and the ASPD dude tried taking everyone down with him by telling the cops everything and got really nasty towards all of us until all the trials were settled. Then he tried to act like he was our buddy buddy best friend again like nothing happened. Fvck that by that point I deaded both those nutjobs out of my life and been feeling a lot more positive since. I am a lot more bored though and have trouble finding people I can connect with on a deep level. Just hanging out with them really had an affect on me clearly. Most people I meet bore me now. I do exhibit some NPD traits and extreme fits of anger from time to time but I'm working on it.

Moral of the story: stay away from crazy/bad people. Even if they're not intending to con/harm you phyiscally or mentally. Just being around them brings the trouble they bring and their traits rub off on you. trust me if I could go back I would not spend 5 years of my life hanging out with two sociopaths everyday and whoever else was around. Clearly not good people either if they were chilling with us. The way they justify and rationalize their actions really made me think it was ok to act that way myself. Now it's almost ingrained in my head and I have to remind myself that it's wrong to manipulate and hurt people like they did. I'm conscious of when I do it now at least so I can stop it. I really do want to be a good person, but it's so hard cuz the average person is so incompetent or annoying. But hey, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

It's a good representation.

BPD'S are nuts, they come in under the radar and if you aren't aware of what to look for you won't know until it's too late.

I am currently in recovery from a 12 month dance with bpd and to tell you how easy it is to get hooked when I was first with her and I knew some of her issues I stumbled across some info on bpd but it didn't seem to describe her.

Over the next few months more and more crazy behaviour started to happen until she erupted and poured so much hatred and abuse on me that I had a nervous breakdown (might seem weak but it is what it is )

Within two weeks she was texting me. Saying she doesn't understand why I "hate" her.

Once you are emotionally connected to a bpd waif, you are ****ed. Avoid at all costs, the pain and mindrape are off the charts

The best example is mis Stone in Basic Instinct. Its very perfect, of course, its abit over the top, but the way the main character started acting like a "bad boy" just because of her presence is sooo familiar.
