I broke my right hand last night while wrestling with some friends. It's an interesting experience-its often fun to figure reguar life out with only 1 hand, but ima need something to occupy myself for like 6 weeks while i cant lift (no RH grip) or play rugby, which i just started and effing love...any suggestions? So far ive only thought of reading, drinking womanizing and running which is only fun when its not exercise but like a longass challenge run.

Sry for immature sounding grammar but typing is sorta a *****.

Hey I'm in the same boat man......

Last summer I cut my hand on a broken beaker in lab class and it sliced through my left flexor tendon.....haven't been to the gym since the middle of July and it SUCKS!!!

Your inevitably gonna get smaller so start cutting down your high protien diet and calories (most football players and ex-athletes get fat as they get old cus they can't get off they're high calorie/protien diet)......

On the bright side I've gotten more involved with school/social activities cus I don't spend 2 hours a day in the gym anymore. Readjust your priorities and use the energy you'd normally use benching to focus on other things
