"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Hey guys, ive been improving myself in many ways the last 1-2 years. i'm studying art, finally something i enjoy in life and i can see myself doing this for the rest of my life and i have met allot more people who i enjoy meeting everyday. And I also have improved myself socially. I used to be this shy and super introverted guy(still am introverted tho :p) but now i'm allot more social and i have made allot of new friends over this time. I have also improved when it comes to women.
Now the problem is that sometimes it feels like everything i have learned has vanished and i have to start all over again. Even tho the next week it feels i have learned everything again it still sucks to have had this blackout on my knowledge, confidence and just being open to other people.

Have any of you guys have this sometimes? or experienced anything like this.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Knowledge alone will not get you where you want to be, knowledge is not power per se, knowledge is potential power, it becomes power only when put to use through action. Make sure that you use whatever form of knowledge you have towards bettering yourself everyday or else you will lose it. Action counts more in the long run.

^^^well said. It doesn't necessarily mean you've lost it though, as those resources are stored in your subconscious, you just have not tapped into them.

Some knowledge is state based which is why knowledge is power can be said to be a potential. For example, you probably are not going to retrieve and act on the tools you need to escalate with a girl when you are feeling down, compared to when you are feeling excited and confident. The same knowledge (resources ) are there, but are not utilized due to the state you are in.

However, on the bright side, even though you slip, what matters is how much faster you get back up and on track then you used to.
