.. I get really depressed and I feel like I have no f*cking energy it sucks ass. I dont know what to do. I used to take anti depresants, I took them for 3 months and they didnt do s*it. so now I want to do something the natural way. I was wondering if anyone else feels like this?..and is there any thing I can do or take to lift me up from the ground? please help me out.

-Get a goal (career, health, sports, money, ...)
-Eat healthy
-Get some physical activity (like strength training)
