asking me for my bylaws for my old company.

I found them last night, I hadn't had time until then to look for them, but I lost the PM by deleting it so I don't know who to send it to :(

So if you are wanting to start a company, and would like to see a real life copy of a compaines bylaws, respond here, or pm me
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

well, it was taylored for our co mpany, which was a computer co mpany, but the bylaws have nothing to do with the sale of computers, it just states the laws on which the co mpany will be run, i.e number of board members, process of shareholder meetings, etc.
