“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

My best friend is about to have a nervous breakdown and I feel so bad for him that I really don't know what to do.

Last summer he started going out with a girl. He was madly in love with her and she seemed to like him a lot too, however she was a bit suspicious of him.

She said that he seemed like a good guy, but that she had been cheated on and lied to way too many times and that it was difficult for her to truly trust him after what she had lived through with other guys. Basically, she was saying that some guys in the past had broken her heart because she fell in love with them and then realized that they just wanted her for sex then dumped her when they had enough or had found another girl. She wanted a guy who could love her for who she was, a guy who could be there for her and care honestly about her for unselfish reasons.

So, basically, the girl told my friend that if he wanted to be her boyfriend he had to prove to her that he really loved her for who she is. Simple: no sex for six months. That was the rule. She said that they wouldn't have sex unless they could date regularly and get along well for six months.

My friend, who was madly in love with her, didn't even think twice before accepting.

So they started going out, and it seemed as though they were pretty happy together, except for the fact that they weren't having sex. The girl's father died during the summer and my friend didn't leave her side for one second to help her through it.

So, now is the fifth month, and suddenly the girl wants to dump him. Basically, she says that she has nothing against him, but that she doesn't feel quite ready to get into a relationship at that point in her life, and that she needed time by herself.

Worse, after having spent thousands of dollars on that girl in dinners, presents, etc., my friend now finds out that she had been sleeping around more often than a street *****

Now he can't help but look behind him to make sure that the entire world isn't laughing at his misfortune. I'm the only one he can talk to because we've been friends since like first grade.

Anyway, I want to ask you guys... what can I tell my friend? Also, how can I make sure that I never get caught in something like this? I can't even begin to understand how humiliating and painful it must be to have dedicated yourself to a girl for 5 months without getting anything in return then finding out that she had been sleeping around with pretty much anyone she felt like, guys who probably wouldn't even have given her the time of the day on most nights.

I've always been very polite and generous, not only to girls but basically to everyone I've ever known. Is this kind of situation really what society gives generous people as a reward for their actions? Would you see this as just an isolated incident or is it, in your experience, commonplace for a girl to play with a guy's emotions like that?

I'm impatiently waiting for your answers, and honestly I think that I'm about to lose faith in humanity.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I don't know what you could tell him. but in my experience this is the way most women operate. They're duplicitios and can't tell the truth, and most importantly they'll walk all over a guy if he's nice to them... "No good deed goes unpunished".

Everyone on here realizes this except maybe frivilous and wyldfire. Even if your story was trolling, no matter this stuff happens a lot. Just tell your friend many, many girls do this to many guys, and you can't give into women's demands, that's the reward you get when you do.

In my AFC days I used to fall into the same no sex dating scheme offered by some women until I realized it was all a scam.

No sane and healthy woman will date a guy without sex unless she is getting it from someone else.

That is why I adopted the three strikes your out policy. No sex by the third date, fourth tops, she is out the door. This weeds out the users and losers.

I hate comments that state that all of a certain group behave in a specific manner. You attract what you put out into the world. If your expecting women to be ho's, who cheat and lie, that is what you will get. Us vs Them mentality isn't a very good mindset.

He got ****ed over because of his actions. Set your rules and live by them. No need for all the hate that guys have for women.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

The following will be cold. It will be cruel. It will be heartless.

But it will be factual.

Your friend's girlfriend laid a test on him and he flunked it. Period. The old "prove yourself to me" stunt has been played on me before, except sex wasn't the object of the game that time.

Before I even got halfway through your post, I already knew that you were going to say he got dumped. Why? By accepting her "no sex for six months" challenge, he was immediately moved into the Friend Zone. That's the way it is.

The proper response(s) would have been to tell her that....

1. "I'm not 'every other guy' and I refuse to pay for their sins. Screw that and screw YOU."

2. "Look, either you want to be with me or not. I won't play any games like this with anyone."

3. "Okay, if you're tired of having sex with me, I'll move on to someone else. Next!"

It sucks, but that's how women operate. I'll also bet that he displayed some form of AFC behavior that led her to pull this on him. What she was really doing when she dropped the "test" on him was dumping him. It just didn't appear that way on the surface. This allowed her to hang on to him as a friend while she found someone else.

the best thing you can tell your friend is to come and
visit this website.

he will learn more visiting this website once than you counseling
him for months. convince him to come here.

convince him for the love of god,
his AFC soul needs to be saved.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Just because some naive, love-blinded guy let a girl trick him and screw him over, doesn't jusitfy her actions. My point was that most women do stuff like this and look for an AFC victim that will let them get away with it. Never said all women are evil, some of them are, but just about all of them are crazy...
