"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hi, I'm Nobody. Yesterday, I was a Nobody. Then today, about Period I we had a test on History and my teacher made the last test question: "When someone asks 'How are you?' You don't say 'Good' you say 'Well'" to make fun of me. Everyone laughed at me. Then I made a bet with my friend that I could make this basket with a paperball in this hope in that class. I did. And I jumped up. After that, things just spiraled upward.

First one of the popular girls at school in my next period after I that was also in my group, went to her friends locker and scratched my head from behind to say hi. Followed by me being quite popular in that class despite the girl saying little during that period (though she did talk to me). Guys from other groups were talking to me a whole lot.

Then the period after that, I made everyone that wanted to walk by me when asked "Who's your favorite Danny?" They said "me." to get by. So then I had a good period then too. I also made a little humurous joke with my teacher in front of class.

Then when I walked back to my locker, some other girl I use to like came and talked to me. Then I tried going to a club and guys said hi to me. WTF is up with people today? What did I do different today? Don't say I was confident, because I am everyday. A little funny today? Yep. But nothing much changed? Pure luck, I'm guessing. See if you can spot it.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Maybe they all were in the good mood. When you are popular you need to get used to being huged, being fukked, and being tortured everyday.

I am even used to having sex with chiks I dont like.
