"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

This one comes from a few months ago...maybe a few of you can shed some light on this.

Had a huge crush on this girl I went to college with. I had seen her around at parties, in cafe's, around the dorms. Never had the balls or what seemed like the right opportunity to talk to her. I guess you couldn't call it a crush...more like infatuation.

Jump to several years later post-college. A buddy invites me to this house party thrown by a co-worker. While at the party, I end up talking to this girl who seems pretty chill, but is married. We start talking about college and I mentioned where I went to school, etc. I asked here if she had any friends there...etc. And she mentions the name of my crush. Apparently this girl is her best friend. I went on to explain how I had a little thing for her but never got to meet her. We laugh and go our separate ways.

About a month later, I run into this girl again at a grocery store and we start talking again. After our conversation ends I ask her what her last name is. She tells me, I say goodbye, and I leave.

That night, I log into Facebook, and I notice that not only has this chick blocked me, but my college crush has blocked me as well. I guess they have been checking me out for awhile...I guess since that party. How do I know? Well, I have a small summer project that has it's own Facebook profile so I was able to see that they do have profiles, but they just blocked me. I felt kind of ****ty.

A few days later...the married girl unblocks me...but my "crush" still has me blocked.

Now...WTF is going on here? Were both of these girls crazy? Did the married chick get jealous of her friend (my "crush") because I said she was hot?

Can someone possibly explain what happened here?

I want to learn from whatever moronic mistake I made...so DJ opinions please.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Maybe they felt insecure and you came off as creepy in their opinion? A lot of woman will be nice to save face but behind your back they throw you under the bus. It is in my opinion you shouldn't have said you had a thing for the married chicks friend. Its never a good idea to have your girl your interested in informed via friends. NEXT! (My two cents)

Haha...probably. I wasn't even trying to pick her up or try to meet her so it's funny how this happened.

Yeah...after they blocked me I really lost any sort of attraction I had to her. Petty sh*t. Yes, NEXT!

you my friend, just got c0ck blocked. It happens in all forms.

You did get it pretty bad though haha (sorry, but it is pretty funny)

EDIT, on below: The married friend (the messenger) could have totally screwed up what you had been implying and told her that you still had a crush on her and you'd been thinking about her all these years (she probably threw out her own opinion which she considered factual). And that right there could have creeped her out. And, since married friend has a sh1tty boring life with nobody ever crushing on her, married friend came to the conclusion that you're a stalker and her single friend (which she looks up to and aims to please) better watch out.

Just my theory

I know...I'm still sort of laughing about two 30-year old women freaking the f*ck out. So, essentially you think this married chick got all bent out of shape about me liking her friend....lol?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
