Women only pull this sh!t on famous or high status men with a lot to lose. Your average guy with no wealth or fame isn't worth a false rape charge unless she REALLY wants to f*ck him over.

Also a non-famous man can more easily use the threat of violence to keep her quiet than someone in the media. Famous men in many ways have a disadvantage because their reputations and careers are more at stake.. and women know it.

In my opinion, Florida State is one of the most corrupt organizations in Division I football. From the time Bobby Bowden started coaching there, tons of players have been arrested or accused or found guilty of just about every crime you can imagine.

In my mind, there's a 50% chance that Winston raped her. I have no regard for the legal system's findings. Florida State is back to being a contender, so they'll do WHATEVER it takes to shush the media, judges, and attorneys, while the billions of dollars come pouring into the university's elite from advertisers during the big bowl game. And go figure--tuition continues to skyrocket at these "top tier" Division I schools, despite their being able to pay for luxurious athletic facilities and their own TV network.

You're just being negative, Espi. This case received national attention. It went to the state attorney after the media got a hold of it. You think Willie Meggs is in FSU's pocket?

I'm familiar with the story, so I can tell you that the athlete and girl had already been seeing each other. There were two witnesses there the night the alleged crime took place. The case got dropped like a hot potato.
