I removed this post because I see that empirical scientific facts and data are wasted on some people. Most who come here have been losers (with women) all their lives and are so pitifully desperate to get a break that they will swallow anything any self-proclaimed charlatan guru throws on them, even the most silly un-researched advice. In the process unfortunately their mind gets duller and duller and they find themselves not getting anywhere (sometimes even worse than they were before). You and I know that science is what's making us understand and shape the constantly evolving world around us, if you want some of that you know where to contact me, just add dot org to my username above.

This is awful advice, you shouldn't be teaching people to behave like robots. You're supposed to HAVE FUN not play mental chess.
