"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I am university and there is a girl on my course who I like we have been out a few times now with friends and we get on quite well and I want to ask her out.

She has made suggestions that we should go and see a film together, and has even asked me to go out with her and her mates.

The problem is that my friend really likes her and she knows that he likes her, and I think she is not interested in him. Should I ask her out on a date?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

depends..... how close are you to the other guy?

How interested are you in this girl?

Weigh out the pros and cons, and even be a man about it and mention it to him.. just tell him that she's been hinting to you and you want to know if it's ok to ask her out.

If the other guy hasn't got the balls to ask her, yet... it is his loss.

If you don't care about the other guy, then just do whatever you want.

I'd just mention to him, "Listen, this girl has been hinting she wants to go out with me but I know you like her, so if you want to ask her out by all means go for it, I wish you the best of luck, but I don't want to pass this opportunity up just to watch nothing happen between you and her."

It's true, why should you miss the chance for some fun just to watch your friend fail to take his own chances. If you said it right, he would probably tell you to just go for it anyway.

True. Talk to your friend. True friends don't get in the way of their homies getting some action.

Just ask her out and don't worry about your friend . . Listen . .Or do you seriously expect the situation escalate to "pistols at dawn" . .:nervous:

. . . COme on . .Its just a girl we're talking about , so its kind or first come first serve . .By approaching her, you are giving her the choice . .So if you gottago - at least have the balls to go guns blazing . .End of the day . .If I was your friend, you would not expect a favours from me in that situation!

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
