Some advice please...

Ok, i'm 19, my mom may be out of a job soon and there's no telling if she'll be able to get another. She's behind on bills and owes people money, so she's really stressed out right now. I'm in college at the moment and I've been applying for part time jobs but I've had no luck. I was looking to join the nypd next year but I do not have the 60 college credits required to get hired nor will I throw my life away to the military for 2 years.

So I'm trying to find out is there anything out there that I could do to make a decent amount of pay that isn't illegal right now. I need to find something to help out if my mom does lose her job. I've thought about putting fliers up to fix and build computers and I'm working on a website to sell my artwork and even do custom artwork for people. Any advice or information would be appreciated.

video editing with Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere
Basic Modeling with Maya.
Intermediate with Adobe After Effects
Intermediate-Pro with Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/ImageReady/Audition
Able to make websites with Dreamweaver and basic Html.
I've been learning how to make beats with FL Studio.
I know how to build, repair, and upgrade computers.
I design tattoos and logos. I also can do concept design and custom artwork.
