“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey guys, just need some advice on a few issues and things ive been thinking about lately

1) Keeping fit - Stamina - I play for a local footy team and really need alot better stamina, what is good ways of getting this? Swimming for an hour or so every morning?

2) Hair - I have some hair on my chest, in my arm pits on my legs, and on my ass, im quite white in places but brown in others, just wondering where i should shave regulary? balls etc?

3) Im quite skinny and lanky infact, but im getting fatter especially after my holiday, my dad ha quite a big stomach and i think im going to end up like him i dont want this and wondering good ways of keeping it down, its alright atm but it could get out of hand

Cheers for any help!

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

1) Low-intensity, high-duration cardio is for building stamina, any form of light cardio like swimming, jogging etc will do. Start out with 20 minute sessions, try to add ten minutes after a few days and so on until you're doing an hour or so comfortably (i.e. when you're done you feel warm and exercised, but not dead, you should be just out of breath) - possibly some more fitness-oriented people will chime in here, I'm not an expert in this field, but I remember this worked fine for me when wanting to build cardiovascular fitness and stamina.

2) Errr.. it's a personal thing, this.

3) Do the cardio in 1) on an empty stomach every morning and that should help keep the fat off, plus your footy sessions.

4) If you support Blackburn, HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR.

dont shave, only do it if your going to compete or something, be confident with what you got.

good thing for stamina, go for a jog, yes swimming is very good, but if you need to run in footy, i suggest you run.

who cares if you a bit fat, take baby steps to get it off, by getting in better shape you will lose the fat. reemembver nothing comes in one day, take time.
